Our Training Courses Schedule   General information  and policies		A training course for managers and professionals This course is held in the Dutch language at a centrally-located conference facility in the Netherlands. Results Knowledge of the nine personality types of the enneagram. Insight into your own basic type and its strategies Increased enthusiasm about your own and others' potential Stimulation for your personal development Tools for application at work Suggestions for application in the areas of self-management, communication, leadership and team-building. Programme A three-day training course (comprising a total of 8 sessions) introducing the enneagram. Extensive attention is given to each of the different personality types, using many practical examples. The manner in which the personality types relate to each other is studied, and each participant is provided with tools to help them learn more about their own typology. The participants are also invited to examine the implications associated with their type in interaction with other people, at work or socially. This is achieved through plenary interviews, in which the participants talk about their thinking, feeling and behavioural styles. On the second and third days, working with small groups, dramatists help to demonstrate the relationships between different types. Participants may suggest examples from their own situations and, with the help of a dramatist, are given the opportunity to gain abetter understanding of the dynamics at work in their interactions with others. Type Interview An integral part of the programme is the individual type interview, which is held prior to the course to help participants discover their possible enneagram type. These interviews also provide optimal preparation for the course, since we know from experience that they give participants a good indication of what to expect from the training. Interviews are held at our offices in Amsterdam, and each one lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours. Cost € 2.450 TOP
